Celebrate your happiness.....

I know I am.....

First of all, I had to make a card to express how I am feeling! This fabric label from Webster's Pages was the perfect fit. My happiness is..... teaching my first scrapbooking class at Scrapbook Generation. In my earlier post, I gave you some information about the class and told you that I would post pictures of the layout once I had it done. Well, it is done and here it is.....

To check out the date, time and all the info to sign up.... just head on over to Scrapbook Generation's blog

Have a good night!

I'm still here.....

Sorry, I have neglected the blogger world! Last week was extremely busy designing Graphic 45 projects for the CHA show. We got to design with all the new lines and products..... and let me tell you, you will be running.... not walking.... to your local scrapbook store to get your hands on this stuff! Oh, how I wish I could give you some sneak peeks of the projects I did, but guess what? During the process of completing and rushing to get them shipped off to Graphic 45, I forgot to take pictures! So, hopefully some pictures will surface before to long and I can share with you.

After the week of designing, it was time to catch up on all the neglecting around the house and taking care of a few other projects. One of these projects are still in the making..... I am so happy to share with you that I will be teaching some vintage charm classes (using Graphic 45 papers) at my local scrapbook store.... Scrapbook Generation! I have shopped there for years and Debbie, Karin, Stacey and Allison are the most nicest, friendliest and very talented ladies you will ever meet. If you have not stopped by there, you don't know what you are missing..... the store is FABULOUS! My first class will be a beach- themed layout using "On The Boardwalk papers". As soon as I get the page done, I will share with you. The class is Saturday, August 21st at 10 am. Be sure to check out their blog for more information and also for more wonderful classes taught by these talented ladies.

I have a sweet little card to share with you......
I made this card for a friend who is having her baby shower this weekend. It uses Graphic 45 Baby to Bride collection. I think she will like it!

Okay, I will stop rambling on..... have a good night!

Graphic 45 and Unity Stamp Co.

As I mentioned earlier this week, Graphic 45 is hosting a blog swap with Unity Stamp. Today this little layout was featured....
I love these stamps from Unity Stamp Co. They are from the kit called "Capture Life". I could not pick just one stamp to use so I ended up using three! Thank you so much Unity Stamp Co. for the wonderful stamps!

I received my new Design Team box today from Graphic 45 and I am telling you, all the new stuff from them is beyond wonderful! I cannot wait to share some projects with all of you. Here is a peek at some of the new embellishments that are just breathtaking...

aaaahhh.... a day at the beach

okay, so it wasn't at the beach, but the lake will do. We spent some much needed relaxation on the lake over the weekend and it was great! I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend.
This is a card made for Graphic 45. It uses On The Boardwalk and Le' Romantique paper collections as well as a bunch of other goodies! Be sure to stop by the blog to see all the sneak peeks of some wonderful new paper collections (below is one of my favorites) as well as some inspiration using stamps from Unity Stamp Company. They are doing a blog hop with them all week.

family.....

"Our most basic instinct is not
 for survival but for family.
Most of us would give our own life for
the survival of a family member,
yet we lead our daily life too often as if we
take our family for granted. "
I know that I am so guilty of this.... going by day to day with life's busy schedule, rushing to get this and that done and then it hits you.... just slow down and enjoy the true treasures of life...... FAMILY! I hope everyone gets to take advantage of this holiday weekend to spend a little extra time with their families.
