vintage flair & an update...

Good Saturday everyone! Hope you are enjoying your day... first of all, if you are awaiting the pictures of my "Spring Banner" class at Scrapbook Generation, they will posted in the morning (I PROMISE)! The project is ready to go but it is so dark and gloomy here today... so I am going to wait for the beautiful sunshine tomorrow for some good pictures. Now, I will share just a quick card I did for the Color Room challenge this week...

I used their sketch again... which I always love. The most difficult part of the challenge was not the colors but not using any ribbon! I feel like something is missing if I do not have a bow on my cards... however, that is what I love about these challenges... trying something new!

The papers are from Glitz Designs and My Mind's Eye. The image is from Crafty Secrets and of course... flowers are from Prima!
