Sweet Strawberries...

Hello again! As promised, here is the Sizzix inspiration! I have some sweet strawberries for you using the cutest die EVER... the Strawberry Box Pro Die. I know we are swinging into fall but, I am just now getting to use this die and I had to share them with you, as well as the tutorial.
To make the strawberries, using the Strawberry Box Pro Die, die cut two strawberry bases from patterned paper and two leaves from green felt. Assemble the strawberries boxes following the instructions on the die packaging. I stitched around the leaves and the tops of the strawberry bases.
Cut a small hole in the middle of a doily and attach the doily to the top of the strawberry by threading the jute string thru the hole. Attach the felt leaf the same way.

Using the Flowers, 3-D #2 Pro Die, die cut two of the smaller flowers from wool felt. Assemble the flowers and adhere to the leaf center (make sure you have your strings pulled out to each side for tying). Add lace tidbit to the center of flower, adhere pearl button in the center.
Using the Tiny Tabs & Tags die, die cut two of the big tags (I trimmed them down just tad and used a corner rounder on the ends). Stitch a piece of lace to the bottom of tags. Stamp sentiments and add heart buttons. Thread the tags onto the string, wrap around the flower and tie into a bow.  Adhere a couple pieces of washi tape underneath the felt leaf as shown in the above photo.
There you have it.... these would make awesome party favors or just a cute little gift for that someone special!

Hope you enjoyed this tutorial as much as I enjoyed making them!
